For purchases, refunds, downloads, or store and launcher issues, contact the platform where you bought Backdraft.
Basic Troubleshooting
- Update Backdraft from your platform store or launcher.
- Update your operating system if a system update is available.
- Restart your device and try launching Backdraft again.
- Check that you have a stable internet connection.
- On Steam or Epic Games Store, verify or repair the game files from the launcher if available.
